In 2003, I completed my degree in Computer Science at Manchester University and immediately entered the world of teaching. For over 20 years, I’ve taught Computer Science GCSE and A Level in West Country Secondary schools. But in the evenings, I found different things took up my time.

It started with friends asking for advice about their IT. This quickly moved on to me repairing their PCs, Macs, phones, and tablets. Eventually, I began to source things for people directly - friends of friends now - and eventually businesses.

Coles Computing was born out of a gap in the market - the need for a highly personalised, bespoke service. When you contact Coles Computing, you deal with me every time. Servicing, sourcing, repairs, consultancy - whatever it may be, you'll deal directly with me via phone, email, text, or face-to-face.

I passionately believe in doing business right. This means that everyone gets a free quote, you always get a fair price, you always get top service, and you always get a long warranty. If you feel you’ve ended up with the wrong device, simply return it in the condition you bought it in within 30 days for a complete refund.

I work around you. Customers regularly visit my workshop, attached to our home in Somerton, Somerset. However, if you need me to visit your home or business, this is no problem! I regularly meet people in their homes and places of work right across Somerset, Dorset, and Devon - and even beyond.

I don’t rack up the fees - just tell me what you need, where you need it and we’ll agree a fair price for a job well done. The price we agree is always the price you pay.
